Legal Restrictions and Terms of Use:
In order to use the AuraWay web site and/or the services provided, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Ordering Information:
We reserve the right to accept or refuse an order. We also reserve the right to change our terms prior to customer approval. Examples of when we would change our terms include, but are not limited to: significant price fluctuations in the currency or silver markets, significant differences in an items' weight upon delivery from Thailand, or orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. In the event your credit card is charged for an order and the order is canceled, AuraWay will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We currently accept personal checks, Master Card and Visa. If you are not comfortable ordering on-line, we will gladly take your order Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. -- 5:00 a.m. EST:

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days from payment receipt. To expedite order processing, we recommend you use Master Card or Visa as payment. While check processing is accepted, it delays the order process. Checks must clear before we ship your order. You will be charged a $ 25 fee if your check is returned.
Out of Stock Items:
On occasion, we may experience items being out of stock. It typically takes 2-4 weeks for an out of stock item to become available again. If an item is out of stock, it will NOT delay the rest of your order. We will notify you when an item is out of stock or more than a 2 week delay to restock is anticipated. We will work with you to determine whether you wish to back order or cancel the order for an item. In many cases we can provide a substitute that is very similar to the item you ordered. We are happy to work with you and help you decide which option is best for you.
Wholesale:
We welcome wholesale buyers. Log in and use our CONTACT US section to email us for our wholesale pricing list.
Security:
We have taken numerous precautions to assure the security of your personally identifiable information. However, if you are still unsure about transmitting your credit card information on-line, you may call us to conduct the financial portion of your transaction over the telephone, fax us, or mail us your check. (See Ordering Information section above).
Restringing Fees:
We love the fact that some of our customers have been known to love our jewelry so much that they wear it all the time and the piece needs to be restrung! We are happy to restring your piece for a small fee, $ 15 to cover materials and labor, plus any shipping and insurance charges.
